PRE-ORDERS:
**If you would like to secure your pre-order without paying at the time of placing your order, please select the Check/Money Order option during checkout and write your paypal address in the comments. I will send you a detailed paypal invoice for your order and you can pay when funds are available. If payment is not made within 12 business days from release, your pre-order will be cancelled. Email reminders will be sent if you are coming close to the deadline.**
INTERNATIONAL/OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
I do NOT ship 3-Packs, 12" figures or cases overseas due to Shipping charges and weight dimension restrictions, unless the item is requested to be shipped loose.
If you absolutely require an item from those categories and are located overseas, please contact me using the "Contact Form" and I will let you know the shipping total to get it shipped.
Surface is estimated to take 4-6 Business weeks for delivery. Please have patience as items can take longer in some instances. Please keep in contact with me until your item arrives safely. Air is always highly recommended and usually arrives within 6-12 Business Days.
IN THE INSTANCE THAT SHIPPING IS LESS THAN WHAT YOU PAID, LESS HANDLING FEES, I WILL ISSUE YOU A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE.
CANADA CUSTOMERS
Canada Customers, shipping prices charged are deposits. Difference will be refunded after the product is shipped or accurate shipping charges are obtained,less handling fees for shipping materials. Cases within Canada are always charged Exact shipping, after the refund is given. (eg. Saskatchewan: You will be charged $18 for a case, but shipping will probably cost $12. I will send you a refund for $6 once shipping price is determined.)
Local customers, please select "Check/Money Order" during the "Shipping/Payment" step during checkout. You will not be charged the shipping that shows up on your order when picking up your item(s).
Shipping times range depending on the province you live in. AB,BC,SK: 1 Business Day. MB: 2 Business Days. QC,ON: 4-5 Business Days. Maritimes: 6-8 Business Days.
USA CUSTOMERS
In the instance that shipping is less than what you paid, I will refund the difference. All Case orders are charged exact shipping charges and refunds will be sent when necessary.
DOUBLE BOXING OF CASES WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE OF $5. PLEASE REQUEST THIS AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND I WILL SEND YOU A SEPERATE INVOICE FOR DOUBLE BOXING.
